Meet Jeff: a Muncie, Indiana native who’s basically the Swiss Army knife of humans. After 10 years serving in the Navy, he tackled careers in EMS, nursing, and healthcare analytics, capping it all off with an MBA from
Anderson University. ... because why not?
Always up for a challenge, Jeff stumbled into beekeeping while researching colony collapse (as one does). Now, he runs 60 hives buzzing
across Cicero, Arcadia, and Daleville.
When he’s not managing bees, Jeff’s the man behind
the curtain at Lakeside Farms Cicero.
Logistics? Nailed it. Woodworking? He’s a pro, whipping up custom laser and CNC signage that could make any DIYer swoon.
Oh, and his construction skills? Legendary.
Jeff brings Amy’s big ideas to life, from rehabbing a market cart and crafting shelves that are equal parts functional and fabulous.

Meet Amy: an Evansville, Indiana native with a knack for turning ordinary into extraordinary. With a crew of powerhouse women in her family, she mastered the art of knitting, baking, sewing, canning, and gardening ... basically, if it involves creativity and self-sufficiency, Amy’s got it down.
But don’t let the homestead vibes fool you ... she’s got brains to match. Armed with a chemistry degree and a doctorate from IU School of Medicine, Amy spent 15 adrenaline-charged years as an ER doctor before shifting into healthcare management like the boss she is.
Then came the beeswax. When there was wax left after harvesting, Amy didn’t just make candles ... she ignited a whole new passion. What started as a wax experiment turned into a fragrance empire, with Amy crafting scents you can’t find anywhere else. Candles led to linen sprays, lotions, and personal fragrances under their Lakeside Fragrance brand .. . all infused with her signature flair and creativity.
