Thank you for choosing Lakeside Farms Cicero / Lakeside Fragrance. We value your satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you may return certain items for store credit or an exchange. Please review the details of our return policy below.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Items should be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, email customer service at hello@lakesidefarmscicero.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely package the item with the RMA number and mail it to Lakeside Farms Cicero at the provided address. Note that return shipping and exchange reshipping charges are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll process the return or exchange within ten (10) days. You'll be notified via email once the process is complete.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain items, like Honey, Lotion, Perfumes (Roller and Spray), Soap, and Lip Balm, cannot be returned or exchanged. For defective or damaged products, please contact us for a refund or exchange.
